This program supports member institutions through the provision of drugs. The programme also focuses on a revolving drug fund; distribute donated medicines, training Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and training in rational drug use and effective drug management. Since November 2004, CHAZ has stored and distributed ARVs and laboratory supplies to 12 ART sites (including mission and mine hospitals) located in all nine provinces, some of them in remotest areas.

In 2005, the Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) of the Global Funds allowed CHAZ to procure, store and distribute ARVs, Long Lasting Nets, Laboratory Equipment, reagents and supplies to supplement government efforts. The understanding was that CHAZ was going to be responsible for the procurement, storage and distribution of ARVs and other equipment and supplies needed to implement ART programs in faith based health institutions.
