Guidance
Provides guidance in the regulation of the conduct of the workers and establishes ways and methods of ensuring that CHAZ has adequate and well motivated staff with right calibre and competencies to perform their jobs, and thus, support the organisation’s objectives.
Staff Development
Staff development program
CHAZ has in place a staff development program which aims at developing individual skills and competencies at the Secretariat so that the staffs perform well in their jobs.
Sponsorship
CHAZ provides a needy driven sponsorship to the Churches Health Institutions (CHIs) in order to develop skills among the staff so that they provide quality health care to the communities they serve. It also sponsors vulnerable school leavers to study health related programs with a view of serving in CHAZ health facilities upon completion.
FK Exchange Program
CHAZ in conjunction with African Churches Health Association (ACHA) has over the years been involved in the skills exchange programs among member countries. The aim of this program is to facilitate skills and knowledge sharing in areas of needy.
