Attachment programme
The Attachment Programme will allow those wishing to learn side by side with CHAZ staff on specific programme to be attached based on their needs.  In this way, participants will be afforded time to have hands-on learning and allow for skills practice and transfer.  The objectives are:

Facilitate experiential learning and skills transfer

Facilitate mentoring in programme management

Facilitate learning outside prescribed schedules

Some of the exciting areas of learning from are how CHAZ has managed the Global Fund from 2003, developing and maintaining an effective M+E system, Programme Design and Management.  Those attached to the JCTI will be required to pay a fee depending on the length of the attachments.  The minimum duration is three (03) days for any given attachment.

Tailor made learning programme
This component allows JCTI staff to dialogue with clients in developing a programme that will best meet the needs of the clients.  Programmes could be work-place counseling, VCT or any health programme appropriate for an organization
